As human beings, we are naturally inclined to see ourselves as important and central to our own experiences and perceptions of the world. This tendency can sometimes lead us to overestimate our importance and place too much emphasis on our individual experiences in the grand scheme of the universe.
In reality, however, we are just one small part of the vast and complex universe, and our existence is fleeting in the grand scheme of things. The universe has existed for billions of years before us and will continue to exist long after we are gone. This realization can be humbling, but it can also be liberating, as it reminds us to appreciate the beauty and wonder of the world around us and to focus on what truly matters in our brief time here.
From a physical standpoint, our planet and all living beings on it are certainly influenced by the stars and other celestial bodies. The gravity of the Sun and Moon, for example, causes tides and affects the behavior of many living organisms, while the Earth's rotation and its position relative to the stars and planets influence our perception of time and our seasons.
In astrology, the idea that we are "aligned to the stars" is often used to describe the belief that our individual destinies and personalities are shaped by the positions of celestial bodies at the time of our birth. According to this belief, each person's birth chart, which is a map of the positions of the planets and other celestial bodies at the time of their birth, can reveal important information about their personality, strengths, weaknesses, and destiny.

The relations between planets indicate the individual's beliefs about meeting basic needs through interactions with others, which form the personal mythology or life script. Through gaining insight into this personal mythology, individuals can actively participate in their own evolution.

During astrological consultations, I listen to the individual's story, which often aligns with their birth chart. While the chart provides a general outline, it is the individual's experience that reveals how they are living their story. The chart represents early formative events and suggests how the individual interpreted them, guiding me in asking relevant questions to identify negative, limiting beliefs. With this assessment, I offer insight into the nature and consequences of these beliefs, helping individuals gain perspective and release outdated beliefs.
Predictions
The consultation also involves identifying the moral of the story, including the lessons learned and character traits developed over time. Predictions are made regarding the individual's future growth, and transits and progressions of planets are used to unlock the meaning and opportunities of specific time periods. Overall, an astrological consultation offers valuable insight and empowers individuals to participate in their personal evolution.
